Plumbing 101

For the third time i have taken time off work and wasted a day waiting for a plumber to arrive. The company phones me to say they’ll be there in the morning then doesn’t arrive – i phone them in the afternoon and they say they’ll be there soon, still no luck. I am reasonable guy and understading that some jobs take longer than others, traffic etc.! I haven’t harragned the company and have been pleasant. Would you ditch loyality with a company who doesn’t turn up three times in a row.

Should I anticipate problems with the plumbing etc because no one has been living there?

ive got a bad clog in one of my bathrooms. tried everything. dont wanna call a plumber. just want to see how the pipes n stuff are arranged n go from there
