( Plumbing) What is the proper way to snake outside drain, from house to street I believe it is clogged from tree roots. A tree is growing in direct line of pipe to street, Roto Rooter wanted 400.00 to snake it, I was going to rent an electric snake and attempt to do myself Ivedone a lot of my own repairs I just never used an electric snake before. Help

How do prefabricated homes get proper plumbing and electric?

I am looking into purchasing a prefabricated home, not a manufactured or mobile home, the type you can put together yourself. I have briefly researched these types of homes online to get more information. However I still have a couple of questions. How is the plumbing and electric installed? Is that included with the house or is it an added expense and something you have to do on your own?
