I am replacing countertops in vanity. How much should I expect to be charged for a complete installation? I am also replacing the toilet and tank.

I want to move it to the current living room space. There is a washer and dryer on this wall. So, would we have to reroute all the plumbing from current kitchen, or can we just reroute from washer? Also a sink in the island, How much is reasonable to spend on trying to get a pipeline to come in the center of the room?
